Date: November 15, 2024

Location: Student Union Building (SUB), University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, NM

The University of New Mexico (UNM) is proud to host the CE 2024 Symposium on November 15, 2024. This year’s theme, “Breaking Barriers,” focuses on the critical role that universities play in fostering community engagement, particularly in serving minority communities.

We are honored to announce that our keynote speaker will be Cammie Jones from the Carnegie Foundation for the Elective Classification. With her extensive experience and leadership in the field, Cammie will offer valuable insights into how institutions can further their commitment to community engagement and inclusivity.

This symposium will bring together representatives from various universities across the region, all of whom share a strong dedication to community engagement. Together, we will explore innovative strategies, share best practices, and strengthen our collective efforts to make a meaningful impact in our communities.

We invite students, faculty, staff, and community members to join us for a day of inspiring discussions, networking, and collaboration.
